The Home Building Association of Richmond is proud to host the Annual Parade of 
Homes. Each year, this event has grown in popularity and has become Richmond’s premier showcase of new homes. This year is no exception with over 80 new homes available on the self-guided tour.
You’ll see just about every style of new home imaginable, in seven localities throughout the Greater Richmond area, with sale prices ranging from the low $200s to over $1.2 million. This is an exceptional opportunity to see innovative ideas, spectacular design features and floor plans, and master craftsmanship – all for free.
Richmond Homearama is the region's most exciting home show. Custom home 
builders from across the area craft stunning model homes on one street that are open for tour. These homes are fully furnished and decorated by the area’s finest designers showcasing the latest trends and custom home features.
