What started as a small privately-owned development and home building company in Columbia, South Carolina in 1954, has grown into a large, billion dollar home building operation with a multi-state footprint. And even after the proud acquisition by Clayton Properties Group in 2018, Steven Mungo, son of founder the late Michael J. Mungo, remains as CEO.
